We have been trading since 2013. As this was my first venture in hospitality with no experience, no preconceived ideas, just a passion for scratch cooking good honest food. I was considering taking a franchise but then realised, this would take the enjoyment away of cooking the dishes i wanted to serve and hopefully what our customers wanted too. I didn't want to serve frozen meals from the microwave.
I did my research in Diss and soon realised Norfolk people like the rest of the country loved full English breakfasts, fresh vegetables, homemade classic British dishes like meat pies with mash and veg.
We try to cater for everyone including vegetarian, gluten free and vegan where we can.
we re always looking for new ideas to extend our range trying to avoid using ultra processed foods where possible.
